To ensure the highest standards are continuously maintained, the company Internal Audit Team visit the fleet to conduct internal audits, attend mandatory external audits and charterer's inspections. Additionally, the scope of the Internal Audit Team covers on-board training together with ensuring all the latest industry regulations are observed and promulgated through the fleet.


Tsakos Shipping and Trading are diligent in their efforts to maintain the training levels required of its sea staff in today's modern shipping industry. The company's own, fully equipped head office auditorium is used to  provide advanced training support for office and sea staff alike.
